 Fifteen minute drive to Denia and safe sandy  beaches.

 The international airports of both Valencia  and Alicante are about one hours drive away

 

 To the front of the property is a large brick paved terraced area of the Plaza  del Calvario. There is plenty of parking on the roads to the side of the  property. Situated in the Orba valley with views across the valley. The  picturesque village of Rafol D'Almunia has amenities typical of a small Spanish  village, with bars, church, butcher, grocery shop, bread shop, chemist and  community swimming pool.

 

 

 The property is entered through large double wooden doors into a dining  area with an  archway though to the lounge with wood burning stove. A  door off the lounge opens  into a guest double bedroom. Through an  archway into a hallway you then pass  through double doors into the  kitchen.
