Casa Boske is a two bedroom detached villa in the traditional Spanish village of Beniarbeig, just a few kilometers inland from Denia on the Costa Blanca.
The closest sandy beach is approximately 10 minutes by car. Denia town centre is also about 10 minutes and Javea about 25 minutes. Denia is halfway between the two cities of Valencia and Alicante, about one hours drive away and both have international airports with frequent UK flights
The villa is fully equipped for four people. Situated in a quiet residential area on the edge of the lovely Spanish village of Beniarbeig.
The Villa has a gated private parking area. The entrance door opens into a lounge/doining room with patio doors leading out onto the swimming pool surrounded by sun terraces. To the left of the lounge is a corridor leading to one bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom and at the end of the corridor a fully equipped kitchen.
Stairs lead up to the second bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. From this bedroom patio doors open onto an enclosed roof terrace with views across the countryside to the sea, Denia and the Montgo mountain.
The closest beach is about 10 minutes by car, Denia with its shops and amenities also about 10 minutes and Javea approximately 15 minutes. Benidorm with its attractions of Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia, and Mundomar is about twenty minutes drive down the AP7/E15 motorway
The historic city of Valencia is about one hour drive or you can take the train from Gandia or Xaraco to visit one of the most vibrant and cultural cities in europe.
