Birdie 17 is a three bedroom terraced house on the popular La Sella Residencial urbanisation situated between Denia and Javea.
The closest sandy beach is approximately 10 minutes by car. Denia town centre is also about 10 minutes and Javea about 15 minutes. Denia is halfway between the two cities of Valencia and Alicante, about one hours drive away and both have international airports with frequent UK flights
The house is fully equipped for five people. Situated in the end of a terrace of five houses adjacent to the communal swimming pool, Birdie 17 has a large roof terrace with stunning views across the La Sella golf course to the magnificent Montgo mountain.
The entrance door opens into the lounge/dining room with American style kitchen. A rear door leads out onto the small private garden. To the right of the rear door is a shower room/ wc. From the lounge a staircase takes you to the first floor with three double bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two twin beds, and one with one single bed. On this floor there is also a bathroom with WC. From the landing a staircase leads up to the large roof terrace. Being on the end of the terrace, the house has a larger garden area with lawned areas to the rear and side of the property.
La Sella is adjacent to the La Sella golf course and the Denia Marriott Golf and Spa hotel. On La Sella there is an information office, internet cafe, chemist, bar/restaurant, tennis club and riding stables.
The closest beach is about 10 minutes by car, Denia with its shops and amenities also about 10 minutes and Javea approximately 15 minutes. Benidorm with its attractions of Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia, and Mundomar is about twenty minutes drive down the AP7/E15 motorway
The historic city of Valencia is about one hour drive or you can take the train from Gandia or Xaraco to visit one of the most vibrant and cultural cities in europe.
