Casa Nuestra is a lovely family villa close to the village of Jesus Pobre, between Denia and Javea on the North Costa Blanca.The closest sandy beach is approximately 10 minutes by car. Denia and Javea town centres are also about 10 minutes away. Denia is halfway between the two cities of Valencia and Alicante, about one hours drive away and both have internatioal airports with frequent UK flights.

Casa Nuestra is situated in a cul-de-sac with a private driveway with parking for more than one car. The house is in two parts with the upper level consisting of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, glazed 'naya' lounge, and a fully fitted kitchen and dining area. The villa is fully equipped and very comfortably furnished for up to six people.
The lounge and naya have spectacular views of the 'Montgo ' mountain towards Javea and the sea. The naya overlooks terraced areas and the private 8m x 4m swimming pool.
The lower level has its own entrance and consists of a double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
The villa can be rented as a three bedroom villa or as a two bedroom villa with access only to the upper main part at a lower rate. The villa will only be rented to one party at any one time.
Steps lead up from the parking area to a terrace with the pool to your right and a covered 'al fresco' dining area close the kitchen and glazed naya. a corrider leads from the kitchen past the lounge to the two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a double 'sleigh' bed and patio doors onto a small balcony with wonderful views of the Montgo. The other bedroom has twin single beds and looks over the terraced hill side behind the villa. Straight ahead from the parking area, below the lounge is the third double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet with its own entrance.
